How Do I Place An Order?
There are a few ways to place an order.
On some of the jewelry and watches that are specially made you simple push the buy button and leave any comment or special request in the box.

On the order that are complete customize we will send quotes to you on the products this way we are sure that you know ALL the options and there are at times many. This also go for the diamonds, pearls and gemstones, many time we can give you a better price. If you have any questions, please call during business hours 9-5 EST or send us an email.
Diamonds, Gemstones and Engagement Rings.
The diamonds and engagement rings can be changed to suit your desires.
Don’t forget to hit the drop-down arrow to see the other options you have.
You are welcomed to just order the stone if that please you.
Because of the value of many of these stones we may have to wait for a completed approval of payment before sending stones. Please see our return policy.
Payment and Shipping
Payment will lead you to the PayPal ording page ( you don't need a PayPal account.). You can also us direct payment by adding your credit card information and your payment will proceed with Square.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
All payments are secure by PayPal and our credit card company (Square). Please be aware that we do not have your credit card information on file once the purchase is made.
If this is a Flex-Payment please contact us for terms. by email for Flex Pay you have two options, monthly payment, due at the same time each month., with automatic withdrawals, Or pay as you can, the work will not start until the payment is made in full on all Flex Pay options, unless we have the item in stock. Flex Pay also is included on Sale items.
Returns & Refunds
Returns: Hershal Wiggins Designs jewelry and watches are designed and made one at a time, based on specifications provided by you. If for any reason you decide to return your purchase, you must do so within 10 days or 5 days if the jewelry or watch has precious stones, of receipt. Hershal Wiggins Designs will apply an in-store credit to your account and has the right to use that credit at our discretion for your ring. That credit will be used to repair, or credit and ship said jewelry to satisfy our guarantee to you the customer. The Guarantee is effective for one (1) year from the date you receive your jewelry or watch., this date remains the effective date of the guarantee. If you take the jewelry or watch to any other jeweler to get it resized or repaired in any way, the warranty is void.
Return Policy: Returns will be accepted for IN-STORE-CREDIT as long as the jewelry or watch is returned with 7 days in our hands, in the same condition based on how long you have had the product. We are not responsible for “Acts of God”, misuse, or abuse while your purchase is not in our possession.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Any work that have been customize ( sizing [sent in by you], open stones, engraved items, any changes that are not a part of our general stock).
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com .
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If You Order the Incorrect Size: Our most of our jewelry and watches are made-to-order and, because of their unique designs, many cannot be simply resized. When we make your jewelry or watch, we create it according to the information you provide. If for any reason the information you provide is incorrect, and it has not been or was not engraved you can return the jewelry or watch within 7 days for an 80% refund plus your shipping cost. Upon receipt, we will issue you an 80% in store credit based on the original purchase price of the jewelry or watch you purchased.
Engraved Rings: If there are any defects in your engraving that we are responsible for, it qualifies for our return policy.
Canceling the Sale: If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase, you will get a full refund as long as it is within the first 3 days after the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any sale if we feel that the buyer is unreasonable, 50% will be refunded if the ring has already been made and is still in our possession.
